In a recent business survey, less than 25% of business leaders expressed their intention to invest in workplace culture. This has been a steady trend since the beginning of 2024 and indicates that budgets are tighter than in recent times when it comes to prioritising employee attraction and retention.

While unemployment is low this may not directly impact organisations in the short-term but as we know culture is playing the long game and the inability to invest now may impact the ability to attract and retain in the future.

The good news is there is something you can do about it!

In our free in-person workshop, we provide ideas and examples on what you can do to attract the right people and keep the ones you have with limited budgets as a result of the economic uncertainty.
