4. Why should I attend?

The Festival is designed to support organisations to be aware of and learn about progressive HR practices to take back and implement in their own organisations.

With talent shortages, "Great resignations" and "quiet quitting" the reason to focus on the employee experience is more important than ever, especially with future generations entering the workforce with different expectations of the working, and many organisations not currently set up to cater for these different expectations.

Attending the festival will arm you with the latest in Progressive HR practices in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Neurodiversity, Gender and ethnic equality, Wellbeing, Rainbow Inclusion, and Psychological safety.

5. Is the event accessible?

The venue is all across one level so is accessible to all kinds of needs.

We are in the process of sourcing a NZSL translator to translate presentations into sign language live.

Drinks at the networking will include alcohol-free options so please indulge until your heart's content!
