2. How long does the event go for?
The Festival is spread over 2 days, 24th and 25th October 2024.
Day 1 (Thursday 24th October 2024) starts at 9:30am and finishes around 5:30pm.
Day 2 (Friday 25th October 2025) starts at 9:30am and finishes around 4:00pm.
3. Who is the event for?
The Festival is for anyone that is responsible for leading and employing people, or working in departments that support the employment of people. HR administrators, generalists, specialists, executives, business partners, HR support partners, CEOs, GMs, Operations Managers and small business owners are all welcome to attend.
4. Why should I attend?
The Festival is designed to support organisations to be aware of and learn about progressive HR practices to take back and implement in their own organisations.
With talent shortages, "Great resignations" and "quiet quitting" the reason to focus on the employee experience is more important than ever, especially with future generations entering the workforce with different expectations of the working, and many organisations not currently set up to cater for these different expectations.
Attending the festival will arm you with the latest in Progressive HR practices in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Neurodiversity, Gender and ethnic equality, Wellbeing, Rainbow Inclusion, and Psychological safety.
5. Is the event accessible?
The venue is all across one level so is accessible to all kinds of needs.
When purchasing a ticket, there is the option to specify any accessibility requirements which we will do our best to meet.
We are in the process of sourcing a NZSL translator to translate presentations into sign language live.
6. What does the event cost?
Please see "Tickets" above.

The food will be a la carte style, with gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options. If you have specific dietary requirements, please let us know when you purchase your ticket.
Tea, filter, and drip coffee and herbal tea will be available throughout the event and barista coffee (with alternative milk options) will be available for purchase in the morning.
Drinks at the networking will include alcohol-free options so please indulge until your heart's content!
